What I liked was that Hong Kong has more and more steamed pork dumplings.  You can’t go anywhere without seeing a place that has a production line of surgical masked clad workers furiously churning out these things.  So many of these places make them fresh and for the most part, they're quite good overall. Dumpling King is no exception - they pass THN’s standards in terms of thin skin, tasty broth and delicate pork filling.  Bonus points for giving out individual shredded ginger dishes!  I also like that each order is 6 dumplings instead of 4, just a personal preference as I find 4 is too little, but ordering 8 would be a bit much.  Slightly cheaper than some other chains as well!

What I didn’t like wasn’t much, but one thing I did wish they did was serve us our dumplings a bit faster.  It took a while to get our order and no surprise when we did get our dumplings, they weren’t pipping hot as they should be.  They weren’t cold either, but it just diminishes the experience when they aren’t eaten right when they’re still steaming.
