The walnut soup is quite good as it's not too sweet, but somehow something's missing.

What I did like was that was a simple old school style walnut soup where the walnut soup doesn't taste like it's made from packaged powder.  The walnut flavor isn't very strong though, so it makes me wonder if it's made from real walnut or not.  Typically, you'd expect this to be quite sweet, but thankfully, it wasn't.  Even the tofu pudding was quite mild in sweetness.

What I didn't like was that this dessert, while it tasted quite fresh, it was kind of bland.  There wasn't much flavor from the walnut, not much from the tofu, not much from any sweetness... just not much in the flavor department at all.  If you're looking for something not very strong, then this might appeal to you, but if I'm going to use up some of my calorie quota on some dessert, I'd rather it have a bit more punch on my tastebuds.  It wasn't really bad, just that I like mine tastier.
