What I did like was that the milk tea is in a decently large cup.  The tea taste is not strong, but it tastes like they made this milk tea themselves, and it wasn't pre made from a factory.  I find drinking milk tea cold tends to numb the flavors of the tea, so you can only really tell if it's 'bad milk tea' or 'ok milk tea'.  In this case, the milk tea overall is not bad.

What I didn't like was that as they don't refrigerate it, they have to add ice in order to make it 'iced' milk tea.  Thus they add ice, a lot of ice.  It does it's job of cooling it down, but then for those value conscious patrons, it will seem like they are trying to rip you off.  Don't worry, just ask for less ice.  The downside then, is the milk tea might be more of a 'lukewarm' milk tea initially until the ice has enough time to cool it down.  Not a big deal, but today, this was just too much ice.
