Smooth and light, quite good and yet forgettable at the same time.

What I did like was that the texture wasn't heavy like other ones I've had.  It also wasn't as 'beefy' tasting, (perhaps the flavor gets overpowered by the Worcestershire sauce (喼汁))  which you could take as a good thing or a bad thing.  I think it's a good thing.  You can never be certain how much of this dish is beef, but for HK$14, I think it's decent value relative to other dim sum dishes.

What I didn't like was that for some reason, there was a lot of 'sauce' at the bottom of the dish, which seemed quite oily.  Typically, there isn't anything liquid in this dish, except for any 喼汁 you add.  I couldn't detect much of the tangerine peel flavor, but then again, I don't think I've ever had one where I could (again, must be the 喼汁).  Lastly, while eating it, I enjoyed it as it was one of the better steamed meatballs I've had, but afterwards, I had forgotten all about it.  Hmmm.
