Shrimp Dumpling (晶瑩鮮蝦餃) - Tim Ho Wan (Central) 添好運 (中環)

Shrimp Dumpling (晶瑩鮮蝦餃)
Shrimp Dumpling (晶瑩鮮蝦餃) - HK$23

The Hungry Nobody score - 7/10
Fresh shrimp taste and thin dumpling skin almost makes up for smaller size.

What I did like was the fresh taste of the shrimp.  If they told me they made the dumplings that morning, I'd believe it.  The skin of the dumplings is also not too thick, as they often can be at other places.  You also get 4 dumplings per order, which isn't necessary a good thing, but I've seen places that serve 3 dumplings per order at similar prices.

What I didn't like was the small size of the dumplings.  I guess they could have just made 3 bigger dumplings instead and I'd complain about that.  At HK$23, it's not a cheap item at any place you're ordering dim sum, but I'd be happier if there were 4 bigger dumplings per order.
