What I did like was that it's light, fluffy and moist and yet still has substance.  I don't know how they make it better than other places, but arguably one of the better Malay steamed sponge cakes I've had.  Just the right amount of molasses was used to give it that unique taste, without becoming too sweet and overpowering.

What I didn't like was that you have to eat your share of this before your friends eat it all.  It should just be bigger, much much bigger, so that you everyone can just eat this to their heart's content.  I guess ordering multiple orders would also do the trick.
