What I did like was that the pork chop comes coated in this sweet and slightly chewy coating. It's like it's been battered, then deep fried, then coated in a (less sweet than) honey like substance and cooled. The end result is a boneless pork chop that is slightly salty and slightly sweet, and very good to eat. There's a slight gingery taste to the coating as well, but the pork maintains a tender, albeit candied texture. The rice, while nothing spectacular, is better than just plain rice as it soaks up some flavor from the vegetables.
What I didn't like was that because the pork chop is made ahead of time, you get served right away once you order it. They scoop out some rice (mixed with bok choy/白菜), cut the pork chop in pieces on top of the rice and voila! Why is that bad? It means the pork chop comes out luke warm at best. It's a nice simple lunch item, but wish they were able to serve it hot as it can get a little harder to eat when it gets cold so quickly.
