What I did like was that I got my daily required protein intake.  It's not a huge piece, but definitely was pleased with the size of meat I got placed before me.  It's also a nice to see a tomato half among the vegetables, even though it wasn't particularly tasty, it did help cleanse the palate somewhat and was refreshing.  The meat was fairly tender and I didn't come across any impossible to cut or chew through sinew or other parts.

What I didn't like was that the order of the dish name is all wrong.  It should be named Black Pepper Sauce with Steak Sirloin.  The standard for these types of dishes is to eat your steak with a sauce (not my preference), however, this steak was drenched in sauce.  And let me tell you, this sauce had a peppery kick!  I guess it was there to cover the fact that the meat had been excessively tenderized (I'm guessing baking soda) to the point where the meat fibers had been 'melted' into fake tasting, albeit somewhat tender piece of beef.  The taste of the beef was pretty much absent, and if there was any it was overpowered by the sauce.  I guess on a value basis, it's not too bad, but not something I'd readily order again unless I just wanted to satisfy a meat craving.  Even so, I might reconsider...

Note: This was a set meal and includes a soup and a drink (cold drink +$2)
