The Hungry Nobody score - 7/10
Tasty, light little dumplings of bliss. And I mean light including your wallet afterwards.

What I did like was that their steamed pork dumplings were hot, and had a thin, yet not overly delicate skin. There was a noticeable lack of oiliness in the broth, and the meat while tender, still had a decent amount of substance and bite to it. You got 6 dumplings per order and they make these fresh daily. One nice touch was that each person got their own little dish of ginger so you didn't have to worry about sharing vinegar dishes and taking too much ginger, or... you get what I mean.
What I didn't like was that while yes, you got 6 dumplings, they seemed noticeably smaller than the size I was expecting! At HK$50 per order, definitely one of the more expensive not the cheapest places to order 小籠包 from a mass market chain. They try to justify the price by giving you 6 dumplings (instead of the usual 3 or 4), but it seems more like 5 normal sized dumplings in my opinion. Thus at $10 per dumpling, it's got a lot to live up to in order to justify that price. I want to say they live up to it, but not quite. Probably best to order them, close your eyes and just enjoy them!
